Hair Line design leaving the temples open. The patient who was 36 years old wanted to turn the clock back about 6 years, but still keep a mature look. Single hairs are placed in the hair line and then multiple hair follicular units behind. You can see small "white dots", this is the top layer of the skin and will release in a few days.

This shows the hair line design and temple point re-creation, something that is technically harder to achieve because the slit placement angle is more acute. You can also see the punch size using a 0.75mm punch to extract the FU.

An example of the Tricophytic Closure on a virgin scalp 8 months after 2500 Grafts. The hairs can be seen to grow through the scar line making it less detecable.

9 Months Post Op, 3000 grafts placed in the hair line and frontal 1/3rd. The hair has matured well with a natural density to match his existing hair behind, the hair line is slightly jagged and not flat, again to mimic nature.
